The Roskilde seminar is being held at the Comwell Hotel hotel, Vestre Kirkvej 12, DK-4000, Roskilde.
The Aarhus seminar is being held at the Radisson Blu Scandinavia Hotel, Margrethepladsen 1 DK-8000, Aarhus, tel #: +45 8612 8665. It is conveniently located 2.4 km from the Aarhus ferry landing and just an 8 minute walk from the central Train Station. The hotel is situated inside the Scandinavian Center which offers both above and underground parking.

The seminar will run from 9 AM to 4:30 PM. There will be arrival tea and coffee available from 8:30-9am, so please arrive a few minutes early to get settled. There will be a lunch provided in Denmark. In Minneapolis you'll be on your own for lunch. We'll have mid-morning and mid-afternoon breaks with refreshments.
There is no need to bring anything. Handouts of the presentation will be available for every attendee, as will Certificates of Attendance including the Continuing Education Units.
